Description

The Tour Star+ is a reduced-taper version of our Classic Wrap. Made from the same soft tacky rubber compound, this grip has a larger lower section - equal to 3-4 extra wraps of tape - which promotes reduced grip pressure in the lower hand. This results in less tension in the wrists and a more fluid swing. The additional thickness of this grip also provides the ultimate shock absorption which removes impact vibration to reduce stress on the hands and elbows. And just like all of our grips, the symmetrical 360° design which is free of logos or alignment marks is a great match for today's adjustable clubs.

tour star jumbo swing grips

Have always purchased the sidewinder, but decided to go with the jumbo which is only offered in the tour grip. Star grips are easy to install (I use the old method), good comfort and tackiness. Star grips are very durable, offer a lot of colors, and the price is less than the competition. Finally they are made in the USA. Excellent product, checks all the boxes. Highly recommend. My only caveat would be I would like for the jumbo size to be offered in every style.

Star grips continue to be awesome

I've bought a lot of Star Grips over the years, Classic Wraps, Smoothies and 360's - when it came time to regrip my wedges, i decided the tour 360 standards were the right weight, size and feel I was looking for. I took advantage of the holiday sale and my new grips arrived quickly and totally met my expectations for weight and feel. Once on my wedges, It was like getting back together with an old friend. My wedge play is much happier now with my new 360's on board. Thanks Star Grips for continuing to produce your excellent grips. I'm sure I'll be back again for more.

Right size

Installed the Tour Star+ on an older set of irons. They do a great job in absorbing extra shock in the hands. They feel great. Helping to make a 30yr old set of irons perform like new.

Good grip for the price

Overall the grips are good. Tacky, feel good and easy to clean and regain grip. Once they get dusty though they are slick.

Only suggestion would be to have some sort of alignment aid vs just a solid color. Nothing crazy just some sort of quick visual aid to line up.
