Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of being placed, and most orders placed before 12pm PST will be shipped the same day. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as a text alert if you signed up for SMS notifications on your order page. All shipments will be insured for the value of the order, and in the event of loss a claim will be filed with the carrier. Claims can take up to 30 days to be processed and resolved by the carrier, at which point either a refund or replacement shipment will be sent. In the event of a shipping delay, we will notify you via email and/or phone to let you know the reason for the delay and discuss your options.
