Return Policy

We allow returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same new condition that you received it, and in its original packaging if applicable. Grips must have not been installed or used, unless they were installed with our air tool and removed before being used. 

To start a return, please contact us at After creating a return for you in our system we will send instructions on where to send your package. If the return was due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return and we'll send you a pre-paid return label. For all other returns, you have the option of paying for return shipping on your own or requesting a prepaid return label which will cost around $7-$10 and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Grips which have been installed with grip tape and removed, or installed with our air tool and used, can not be returned. They must be in new, unused, and re-sellable condition. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
